Hilda Koch has spent more than twenty-five years as a physician assistant, caring for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Working at the intersection of physical healing, emotional resilience, and human connection, she has witnessed firsthand how fear, belief, language, and trust shape the choices we make—and ultimately, the lives we lead.
Throughout her career, Hilda has observed that the greatest challenges people face are rarely clinical. They are often rooted in identity, purpose, relationships, and the stories we tell ourselves. These experiences sparked a deeper exploration of self-awareness, authentic leadership, and personal transformation.
